Prolific Shoplifter Fined

A Manor Park officer has issued a PND penalty charge and a first and final warning to a prolific shoplifter who has been targeting Tesco's on the Romford Road E12.

PC Ayesha Mohammed 2466NE spoke to staff at the store about the individual where she was  shown CCTV images.

At a later date, while out on patrol, she spotted him and took appropriate action.
